Return or Exchange Authorization

We have an open door policy with our retail partners where questions, complaints, suggestions, and challenges can be expressed to review product return requests. We want to encourage open communication, feedback, and discussion about any concerns our retail partners may have with our products. 

There is a 60-day window to request a return, which means you have 60 days after receiving your goods to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your good(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RA# and return instructions on how and where to send your package. Goods sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and require an RA# to be noted on the shipment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can take care of it asap.
